Refund and Returns Policy

At Nexify Orbit, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to change your mind after the project has commenced or after delivery, no refund will be given.
  • Third-Party Services: If you have purchased third-party products or services through us (such as hosting, domain names, or paid advertising), those purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers.

Refund Process

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before the project has started may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the scope of work agreed upon.

Revisions & Reworks

We offer a revision policy as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Should there be any discrepancies or adjustments required, you are entitled to a certain number of revisions (as per the project agreement). After that, additional work will be billed accordingly.
